We each specialize in different areas as listed below, but also have skills that overlap so we can help each other when needed, like general administrative skills. We also have a network of people who are ready to step in and help when needed, offering the same high quality and superb work ethics.
Dona has 41 years of administrative assistant experience in the following areas: event planning, newsletters, customer service, form creation, file management, marketing, transcription, editing, and the last 13 years legal support services as an IP Administrator.
Ruby has 22 years of experience in the following areas: account Management, operations, customer service, marketing (print and virtual), tax services, publishing and newsletters, website construction and maintenance, social media management, content creation, and bookkeeping.
Bethany has 19 years of experience in the following areas: graphic illustration, variety of art mediums, writing and publishing, tax services and data entry.
As you can see, we offer a plethora of both experience and specialization. Our goal is to use these talents to help your company be the best it can be and help you succeed one task at a time.
A shared trait we all have that some see as a weakness is determination (our husbands call this stubbornness). We will NOT do anything halfway. It is just not in our nature. Once we take something on, we work as hard as possible to make sure it is as close to perfection as possible. We also embrace challenges. We see a challenge, or an area in which we aren’t as well versed, as an opportunity to learn something new and enhance our skills. Whenever we encounter something new or something, we aren’t familiar with, we do whatever research and networking is needed to get the information to complete the task, for the best possible result.
Another shared trait of ours is the love of learning. We spend time each week learning more about an area of specialization, new techniques, services, and technologies, or updates on aspects of our industry. We believe this learning attitude keeps us both open to new and innovative ideas as well as offering the best service available.
